Our purpose is to bring to you during this Covid-19 Lockdown, great films that our members can enjoy. After the Film, we will welcome members to discuss for 2 hours about the film. This is purely to generate live discussion and debate, as we would love to hear how our visitors from our community received what was shown.

Food and Drink

We don't allow food or drink to be brought along to any of our rooftop venues. We have a fully stocked bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (including tap water). For food, we have salted popcorn and chocolates in our Box Office at selected venues, as well as more substantial food that caters to everyone.

Wheelchair Access

Currently, Bussey Building (Peckham) and Roof East (Stratford) are our only venues with wheelchair access. If you do have any mobility issues, please contact us and we can ensure your experience with us is as smooth and as trouble-free as possible.

Giftcards and Memberships

We have a couple of options perfect for gifts! The first, is a simple voucher: A code that can be used by the lucky receiver as many times as necessary until they use up all the credit on the voucher! You can get more information on our Gift Vouchers page. We also have memberships which can be bought as gifts for your film-loving friend. It gives them access to special screenings, Q&A's, as well as free tickets and exclusive deals. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

Remaining tickets

Our ticketing system allows up to 10 tickets to be purchased at once, so if you ever find yourself unable to purchase up to 10 then the maximum amount you can select is the number of remaining tickets. So, if you can only purchase 1 ticket, there is unfortunately only 1 ticket left. Please do not attempt to purchase the remaining ticket(s) and then refresh to purchase more, as it will be Sold Out. I can't find my ticket confirmation 4 months ago Updated If you could kindly check all the usual, Spam, Junk or Trash - the RFC ticket is the treasure of all treasures so check ALL folders. If you still can't find it, that's no problem - your name will be on the list of attendees for the evening, so you can check in at the box office. If you prefer to be safe than sorry, you can also drop us a message and we will have the ticket resent to you.

Rain Policy

Like most outdoor events, we screen rain or shine and do not provide refunds in the event of rain. We do, however, provide free rain ponchos and blankets to each guest to keep you as dry and warm as possible. All ticket buyers who purchase tickets and set up a MyAccount with Rooftop Film Club will be permitted to transfer their tickets to an alternative screening up until 2 hours prior to the event. You can transfer this ticket for £3 per transaction. You can transfer your tickets by navigating to your MyAccount transfer section and to the Your Ticket section. You can choose the film to transfer to, and click ‘Purchase Transfer’. If you cannot attend your event or any other and wish to give tickets away to another person instead of losing the purchase, you can give them to friends, family, or otherwise, simply by emailing the ticket to the person. You do not need to change the name featured on the ticket for that person to attend the event.

Is the seating/parking spaces pre-allocated?

Great question. Seating is not pre-allocated, so we advise arriving at least 45 minutes before your film begins, so that you can secure your favourite spot. Bar, food, and a wonderful skyline will keep you entertained before the main feature begins.
